TEST OUT THE POWER OF THE 4099 CORE+ WITH THIS KIT

The case contains one each of DPA 2 versions of the 4099 CORE+ – one for loud SPLs and one for even louder, extreme SPL.

Also included is a full complement of all DPA fabulous instrument clips, mounts and other accessories that make miking quick and easy. This fantastic kit includes the newest versions of DPA mics and accessories – including CORE+ and MicroLock.

4099 CORE+ Mic, Loud SPL (red marking on gooseneck) – used to close-mic most types of acoustical instruments. – From the harp to the drums and everything in between. With CORE+, this mic has a max SPL, peak before clipping of 145 dB.

4099 CORE+ Mic, Extreme SPL (yellow marking on gooseneck) – used to close-mic extremely loud instruments, such as drums and some brass (available in late 2025). Designed for use on drums, percussion instruments and other very loud instruments like, for example, the trumpet, this mic has a max SPL, peak before clipping of 152 dB.
