PROTECS THE MICROPHONE

Some older ribbon microphones do not tolerate phantom power. Tilt EQ uses phantom power to power its circuitry, but doesn’t pass phantom power to the microphone, so rest assured your ribbon mics are safe.

OPERATION 

Your Tilt EQ will latch straight onto any XLR equipped microphone, or anywhere else in the signal path between microphone and preamp/mixer. The electronics are housed in a robust metal chassis with a balanced XLR input and output. Tilt EQ is powered by 48V phantom power.

Tilt EQ not only reshapes your microphone’s tonal signature but also boosts its output by +22 dB of clean gain. Triton design features a single knob that adjusts the frequency spectrum from Low to High. With a gentle turn, you can subtly enhance vocal clarity and articulation, add warmth and body to thinner-sounding microphones, or make a snare drum snap.
