Gone are the days of racks loaded with receivers and cables, trying to up the channel count to meet the needs of big shows. As an add-on box to the A20-SuperNexus, the A20-Opto solves that problem by adding inputs and outputs for high-end applications requiring more connectivity than the A20-SuperNexus offers.

The primary additional I/O is Optocore, letting A20-SuperNexus attach directly to an Optocore network, allowing audio to connect to a DiGiCo mixing board natively. Additionally, there is a full set of redundant analog and AES digital audio outputs, additional MADI outputs, and GPIO logic in/outs.
