RADIUS WINDSHIELDS RAD-3 ENG Combo, 12cm, incl. cable

The RAD-3 ENG Combo kits are ready for news gathering and other sound recordists on the move to take out of the box, add a mic and start recording. They come complete with a RAD-3 Shock Mount with pistol grip handle, a Nimbus slide-on fur windshield and a 3-pin XLR cable.  

The RAD shock mount provides exceptional isolation from movement, handling noise and other vibrations associated with handholding or booming. The mount has soft-coated universal mic clips to fit any mic 19-25mm in diameter.

Each mount comes fitted with extra firm 82D shore hoops and an anti-sway top brace bar which provide ample support for all around rugged use with short and medium length shorgun microphones. 

All of the components are produced using virtually indestructible thermoplastic elastomers from high-precision injection moulding in an ISO-9000 certified factory. A custom length 3-Pin XLR cable is included which tucks away neatly inside the handle whilst also allowing appropriate strain relief. The RAD-3 ENG Combo is made in the U.K.
