Description
The Bubblebee Windbubble consists of an outer shell of the finest imitation fur (we do like them animals) and an inner core of nothing. And this 'nothing' is exactly what makes the bubble so special. The air enters the bubble for a short visit, finds it rather dull, and quickly leaves again without harming the microphone inside.
So instead of the wind hammering on the microphone and making those horrible, "I'm in the middle of a hurricane," sounds, the capsule is kept in a calm space and allowed to perform at its best.
WINDBUBBLE FEATURES:
WORLD-RENOWNED PROTECTION FROM WIND
best in the industry wind protection thanks to the bubble-effect in the design. the construction of the Windbubble holds a quiet space around the mic capsule, allowing it to perform its duties in the best way possible and delivering detailed and natural sound to your transmitter or recorder.
WINDBUBBLES WON'T FALL OFF
they are built to stay safe and secure on your Lavalier microphone, with a tight fitting opening aperture hence the four available sizes. Read the size guide to find the best fit for your mic.
CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
available in four different sizes for over 50 popular lavalier mics, see the size guide on choosing the best fit.

NATURAL SOUND
BubbleBee fur and mesh construction makes The Windbubble acoustically transparent to keep the sound very close to the microphones natural frequency response.
MULTI-PILE FUR
The short, dense hair of the fur gives the Windbubble a rounded and organic shape while the longer fur slows wind down gradually for quieter wind protection.
NATURAL COLOURS
The Bubblebee fur is less shiny to blend better with skin, clothes and other surrounding materials.
QUALITY YOU CAN TRUST
Designed in Denmark by sound lovers, for sound lovers!
MOUNT THE WINDBUBBLE WITH CONFIDENCE
The Windbubbles are specially constructed to be mounted quickly and easily on your specified type of microphones and to not fall off during use. To this end, the fit can be fairly tight around the base of the capsule. The tiny elastic wire legs make it easy to mount the Windbubbles on the Lavalier microphone, by locating the hole easily. If the lav capsule is on the larger side, you can practise mounting the Windbubble on the tapered end of a ball-point pen as this helps get a feel for it.
